Hello Admin,
I've been told it's "in the mail" but I'm wondering if it may be lost?? Do you send them regular airmail?

I know that Canada is so far from where..... well not really.. I've gotten mail from the U.S. in less than a week before. Some of my fellow fanclubbers have received their Scrapbook in July already.

Would it be possible to re-send?

They were mailed out several weeks ago. If you don't receive yours in the next week or so, let me know and we'll get another out to you.

What's up with administration erasing my comments. All I want to know is where my tour T-Shirts are. You would think that they would just answer my questions or send my shirts, right? Makes one believe that they are hiding something!

smokercraft44: NO BODY IS HIDING ANYTHING! Ronni ANSWERED your question on the phone and left a detailed message to call her back and you never did! Hal also replied to you on another post and I think I talked to you,but with all the calls I get, I'm not sure. THE SHIRTS ARE ON THE WAY!and should be there. They are in the hands of the US MAIL We always answerer question as promptly as possible! In the future ALL you have to do is contact Ronni Sternfeld DIRECTLY via phone or email and she ALWAYS is either there or gets back to you shortly.
Also your last message on this topic was not really polite.
